Hazel Bernice (White) Schrader

Graveside services will be 2:00 Thursday July 2, 2020 at the Mount Olive Cemetery. Hazel Bernice Shrader, age 95, of Healdton, OK, went home to be with her Lord Sunday, June 28, 2020, at Crawford Street Place, Denison, TX. Hazel was born December 6, 1924 in Comanche, OK to Lector White and Edna Fricke White.

Hazel spent her early years in Oklahoma and California. After she and Troy married, they went to California where she was trained to be a skilled welder building ships during World War II. They returned to Healdton following the war. She dedicated her life to her family. She was a wonderful mother and greatly loved by her children. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church serving in many capacities.

Hazel is survived by her brother, Tommie White, Lodi, CA; four children: Ronnie Shrader and wife, Guylene, Ardmore, OK, Linda Shrader Barnes and husband, Mike, Sherman, TX, Phyllis Shrader Seals, O'Fallon, MO, Janice Shrader Word and husband, Mike, Lone Grove, OK Grandchildren: Ron and Karla Shrader, Canadian, TX, Mike and Lori Austin, Willis, TX, Kerry and Tammy Shrader, Electra, TX, Steve Barnes, Dallas, TX, Matt Barnes and fiancé, Mica Roshelle, Highland Park, TX, Missy and Chad Rainey, Lucas, TX, David and Nicky Oliver, Dardenne Prairie, MO,Jonathan and Lana Oliver, St. Louis, MO, Larry Covey and Angie Mapp, Healdton, OK, Maria and Pablo Martinez, Orlando, FL, Rae Lyn and Buddy Withers, Healdton, OK; nephew, Dixie Joe Jackson, Duncan, OK; Twenty-five great-grandchildren, twelve great great grandchildren and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Troy, whom she was married to for 67 years; grandson Issac Covey, great-grandsons Kyle McClendon, Braden Key, Walker Jack Rainey; and great-granddaughter Abigail Barnes.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Ron Shrader, Jr, Kerry Shrader, Steve Barnes, Matt Barnes, Larry Covey, Jonathan Oliver. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Oliver, Jr. and Issac Covey.

A family graveside service was officiated by Gerry Neal at the Mount Olive Cemetery at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 2, 2020. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to: Tidwell-Cain-Covey Scholarship Fund at First National Bank in Lone Grove, #8333149, or Preserving the Legacy (children's center) First Baptist Church, 400 S.
