Lillian Mae Duncan

Lillian Mae Duncan age 94 of Milo went to be with her Lord on March 24, 2009 at her daughters home in Milo.  She was born on July 20,  1914 in Henrietta, Texas  to Lester Lee and Minnie Petty Milson.  She married Fred Duncan on November 7, 1929  in Milo and shared 67 years of marriage..  Lillian spent her entire life taking care of her family.  She taught Sunday school at Oil City for 25 years.  She loved going to church at New Hope.  She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, sewing, working in her yard but most of all spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by: her husband Fred Duncan in 1996; two sisters -  Myrtle Brown and Ruth Hale; two brothers -  Lester Milson and Bill Milson; one granddaughter Tammy Farmer; and one great grandson Brad Qualls.

She is survived by: two daughters - Sue Brown and her husband James of Milo, and Shirley Tudor of Ardmore; two sisters - Vivian Herndon of Santa Maria, California and Bettye Copeland of Oklahoma City, who she raised as a daughter; two grandsons and their wives - Mark and Linda Tudor of Ardmore, and Jeff and Melissa Brown of Healdton; four granddaughters - Jeanine West of Ardmore, Tina Tudor of Sulphur, Kelly Allen and her husband Greg of Ardmore, Missy Ross and husband Joey of Lone Grove; eighteen great grandchildren; fourteen great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.Services will be Friday, March 27,  2:00 p.m. at the New Hope Free Will Baptist Church in Lone Grove, with Brother David Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Milo Cemetery.

Grandsons and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.  Services have  been entrusted to Roberts Funeral Home in Healdton. Condolences may be sent to
