Marion Ann (Fore) Robbins

Graveside services for Marion Ann Fore Robbins, 80, of Fox are scheduled for 2:00 PM Monday April 9, 2018, at the Graham Cemetery with Pastor Dan Stewart officiating.

Marion was born to Howell Green Fore and Florence "Flossie" Depew Fore on September 30, 1937, at the Comanche Y. She went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday April 2, 2018. Marion was raised in the Fox area and was always a daddy's little girl. She attended Fox School for 12 years graduating in 1956. While working at the Family Café at the Comanche Y she met the love of her life, Byron Robbins, even missing her Sr. class trip just so she could spend time with him. On June 4th 1956, she became Mrs. Byron Robbins, they married in Healdton.

On December of 1956, Marion and Byron welcomed a daughter into the world, Valerie. Byron and Marion started Robbins Road Material in 1974 and continued the rock business until his death in 1996. In 1975 they welcomed their first granddaughter, Angelia. In 1997 Marion was blessed with her first great grandson, Bryan Seth, and in 2000 was blessed with her second great grandson, Jay Ce Roberson. When they participated in any sports or school activities, she made it a priority to try to be at them all, that she was able to attend. In the last few years her favorite activities were spending time with her family and talking to her sister Marie for hours on end on the phone. She was a member of the Midway Free Will Baptist Church. As she got older it was hard for her to get around, however, she would get her walker and make that trip to worship every week. She was faithful and loved her church and her Lord. She will be dearly missed.

Preceding her in death were her parents Howell and Flossie, her husband Byron, a brother Harry Fore, sister Annice Robinson and her husband Willie Robinson, brother-in-law Eugene Bailey, and a son in law Sammy Briscoe.

She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Briscoe of the home; granddaughter Angelia Briscoe and fiancé John Linke of Healdton; great grandson Jay Ce Roberson of Healdton; great grandson Bryan Briscoe and Hannah Norris of Ardmore; one sister Marie Bailey of North Richland Hills, TX; brothers Larry Fore and his wife Joyce of Fox and Howell Gene Fore, also of Fox; granddaughter at heart Annie Sessums McKinley of Velma; her beloved cat Shadow of the home; and several nieces and nephews who will miss their Aunt Murnan.

Visitation will begin Sunday at Roberts Funeral Home in Healdton. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4. You may send your condolences online to www.robertsfuneralhomes.us.
