Norma Ann Robinson

Services for Norma Ann Robinson, 88, of Healdton are scheduled for 11:00 AM Saturday March 24, 2018 at Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Healdton with Brother Jimmy May assisted by Bro. Kirk Rushing. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Cemetery.

Norma was born in Wewoka, OK. December 4, 1929 to Lawrence Levi "Bob" Wagner and Pearl Viola Williams. She departed this life on March 20, 2018, in Ardmore. Norma was raised and attended school in Konawa, OK. graduating in 1946. She went on to attend college at East Central University and graduated from there in 1949. She began her teaching career in 1949 at Woodland. In 1950, she was employed as a secretary for Halliburton. After leaving Halliburton, she remained home as a homemaker and raising her children, until 1967, when she began teaching at Fox public schools. She taught many subjects, in grades 7th through 12th. She then worked as a secretary at Armstrong Pet Co Tool Company. She retired as first deputy at the Carter County Assessors Office, at the age of 77. She enjoyed watching her children and grandchildren play sports, and she loved gardening. Norma was of the Methodist Faith. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Bud Withers – parents; 1 brother; Lawrence Kerlin Wagner.

She is survived by Sons; Buddy Withers of Zaneis OK. – Mike Withers and Theressa of Missions, KS. – Daughter; Molly Means and Mudd of Ardmore, OK. – Grandsons; Levi Southerland and Jill, Randy and Erica Withers, Jason and Christy Means of Lawrence, KS, - Granddaughters; Kara Bearden and Chance – Seandee Means and Cliff – Ashley and Derek Hyman – Great Grandsons – James Southerland, Forrest Means and Alec Means – Great Granddaughters; Autumn Southerland, Samantha Means – Daven Daniel – soon to be born; Nova and Cole Bearden.

Serving as pallbearers will be Buddy Withers – Mike withers – Levi Southerland – Chance Bearden.
